Psychodynamic Theory
The Psychodynamic perspective emphasizes unconscious psychological processes (for example, wishes and fears that we are not fully aware of). A great deal of mental life is unconscious, meaning people’s thoughts, feelings, and motivations are often unknown to them. It contends that childhood experiences are crucial in shaping adult personality. Personality begins to form in early childhood and it continues to be influenced by childhood experiences into adulthood, especially in the formation of social relationships. People’s social interactions are impacted by their mental understanding of themselves, other people, and relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral Techniques
Cognitive Behavioral Techniques are some of the most widely used therapeutic techniques in the mental health field. It attempts to change your thinking pattern, uprooting negative and irrational beliefs. It implies the idea that your thinking impacts your emotions and behavior. Distressed feelings can often destroy your positive thoughts, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques employ strategies to overcome distressed and negative feelings.
